  • •Lead and inspire the boutique team to achieve targets and KPIs while maintaining the Jimmy Choo luxury standard.
  • •Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient boutique operations.
  • •Oversee stock management, stock takes, and merchandise presentation to visual standards.
  • •Develop and deliver training to the team and monitor staff performance and development.
  • •Act as the daily operations lead in the Store Manager’s absence and ensure consistent brand representation.
