Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration and verification documentation for simulated and real-world environments and execute tests
•Support hardware buildup and integration, document the build, and certify the unit is ready for next stage
•Plan and execute tests across hardware builds from circuit card assemblies to final product, including EMI, RF, environmental, thermal and vibration tests
•Plan and execute platform integration with customer subsystems and launch platforms in lab or field
•Lead a small team in integration and test activities and support missions travel up to 25% of the year

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
•Experience in systems integration and test in a lab or field environment
•Experience planning or executing Platform Integration or Flight Test Missions
•Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues
•U.S. citizenship is required; active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required
