Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a team of technical recruiters: coach for quality over throughput, maintain a high bar on technical screening and debrief quality, and invest in each person’s growth.
•Partner directly with engineering and product leadership: build trusted relationships with our CPO, Head of Engineering, and Head of Security; push back constructively and bring data to conversations.
•Standardize technical interviewer training: create a practical, low-lift program tied to calibration outcomes for engineers who interview frequently at Chainguard.
•Own recruiting strategy across engineering, product, and security: set sourcing strategy, hiring timelines, and quality thresholds; adapt approach as needed and drive conversations with stakeholders.
•Manage a high-volume, high-complexity pipeline: keep the team focused, unblocked, and making good decisions in a shifting priority environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 205,000 annually
