Build customer relationships and guide shoppers to the right pre-owned vehicle. As a Sales Consultant Trainee, you’ll use CarMax inventory knowledge to help customers through appraisals, test drives, and financing applications while providing clear, honest information. You’ll complete accurate transaction documentation, collaborate with store teammates to meet goals, and maintain a clean, compliant work area with EH&S standards.
