Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality classroom cover across the Primary phase as required.
  • •Deliver engaging lessons aligned to provided plans and resources to maintain continuity of learning.
  • •Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, well-managed classroom environment for all students.
  • •Adapt teaching and support to meet diverse learner needs, including EAL and additional support.
  • •Collaborate with primary colleagues, provide feedback to the class teacher, and follow safeguarding and wellbeing policies.

Key Requirements

  • •A recognised professional teaching qualification at degree level (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent).
  • •Previous experience teaching within the Primary phase, ideally in an international school environment.
  • •Experience in an IB curriculum school is preferred (not required).
  • •Strong classroom management skills with the ability to quickly adapt to different year groups and learning needs.
  • •Availability to start immediately and provide supply cover as required.
