Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle and develop and present final cost plans.
  • •Collaborate with design services and the general contractor to develop cost estimates and reconcile changes for accurate cost data.
  • •Coordinate cost information sources, support engineering priorities based on cost impact, and drive value engineering/VE sessions with stakeholders.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, cost auditing/valuation, and manage cost variances, contingency management, and commitment tracking.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, support final account negotiations, and identify, coach, and mentor talent.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects with medium to high complexity.
  • •Strong communication skills and good knowledge of procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
