Client Services Representative - IL

Own client satisfaction, retention, and growth for an assigned service portfolio by driving account management, building client account profiles, and scheduling client visits. Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with cross-functional teams (billing, Service, Contracting, and Sales) to ensure contractual obligations, contract renewals, and expansions are met. Identify growth opportunities via T&M and quoted job pull-through, support proposals, and facilitate the Service Linkage program.
