Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and scale a team of Forward Deployed Engineers across strategic engagements (6–8 FDEs)
  • •Own delivery quality for your region’s highest-priority engagements, including scoping, milestone tracking, and clean handoffs to customer engineering teams
  • •Translate between business outcomes and technical implementation to drive successful production deployments
  • •Identify and escalate product gaps and recurring customer pain to inform roadmap decisions with specificity
  • •Coach FDEs through complex problems, protecting scope while delivering high-impact outcomes

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience leading technical teams that build and ship in production — Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar function where writing and reviewing code is part of the job
  • •Experience with software development and coding in Python, Javascript/Typescript
  • •Proven ability to diagnose complex enterprise engineering environments, identify high-leverage interventions, and scope meaningful engagements
  • •Demonstrated track record hiring, developing, and scaling IC-level technical teams and coaching them through delivery in production
  • •Strong technical credibility with a customer-facing, executive-facing delivery mindset
