Job Summary

Drive growth of Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) and Local Payment Methods (LPMs) across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China by managing existing partners, resolving issues, and tracking performance. Serve as a payments expert for DCB/LPM requests, maintain and expand relationships with merchants and payment partners, and identify new partnership opportunities across carriers, eWallets, banks, PSPs, BNPL providers, and fintech platforms. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve payment flows, API integrations, settlement, and user experience.

Job Function: Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily business operations, issue resolution, and performance tracking for existing DCB and LPM partners.
•Provide payments expertise and guidance on DCB and LPM-related requests.
•Maintain and grow relationships with merchants and payment partners to drive transaction volume and performance.
•Identify and research new partnership opportunities, including key contacts and decision-makers across carriers, wallets, fintech platforms, and local merchants.
•Negotiate commercial offers and performance optimizations with carriers, eWallets, banks, and payment providers while supporting new merchant launches with product, integration, compliance, and legal teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s preferred.
•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, account management, payment operations, enterprise sales, or related commercial roles.
•Experience in fintech, PSPs, digital payments, banking, mobile commerce, or financial services is highly preferred.
•Experience working with international teams, regional stakeholders, or global companies is preferred.
•Hands-on exposure to DCB, eWallets, account-to-account payments, FPS, or other alternative payment methods is highly desirable.
