Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day support for CAD tools, flows, and collateral for HBM design teams in Guadalajara.
  • •Collaborate with HBM design/layout/verification methodology teams to propose and co-develop advanced capabilities.
  • •Support mixed-signal, transistor-level custom IC design including logical design, custom layout, and parameterized cells.
  • •Enable end-to-end physical design support: automated place and route, physical verification, ERC, and layout parasitic extraction.
  • •Perform pre/post-layout netlisting and simulation, including digital/analog simulation, timing/power analysis, reliability simulation, tape-out, and mask generation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or preferably Master’s/PhD) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
  • •5+ years of direct CAD or design experience in mixed-signal, custom IC design flows.
  • •Experience working in highly technical IC Design or CAD teams distributed worldwide.
  • •Familiarity with memory design including DDR3/4/5, LP3/4/5, HBM, and NAND.
  • •Ability to qualify vendor tools and internally developed software releases (preferred).
