Key Responsibilities

  • •Influence, coach, and counsel people leaders on people-related matters to foster an inclusive culture.
  • •Translate business goals into practical, manager-ready actions to improve the operating model, team structures, and leader effectiveness.
  • •Support and drive annual cycle activities (performance, talent, calibration) to improve retention, engagement, and talent outcomes.
  • •Provide data-driven insights and compensation-related recommendations to support people decisions.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor on HR queries (policies, job changes, performance management, hiring strategy/process) and drive workforce plans for client groups.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Partner experience within a complex, global organization.
  • •Experience executing organizational changes, restructuring initiatives, talent programs, or cross-functional HR projects.
  • •Excellent communication and influencing skills to work directly with senior executives across geographies.
  • •Strong analytical capabilities using people data and compensation insights to support business decisions.
  • •Fluent English (written and verbal), with experience working in an international environment; Workday/HRIS experience preferred.
