Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct, assist, and lead a group performing machining operations to support workflow efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • •Perform threading, grooving, chamfering, turning, tapping, reaming, serrating, boring, facing, drilling, and similar operations on conventional machines.
  • •Set up and maintain specified dimensions with minor tooling adjustments and resets; inspect first pieces before release.
  • •Operate single- and multi-spindle drill presses and load castings/bar stock to keep machine cycles running.
  • •Follow machine safety procedures and perform TPM activities (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, tightening), plus keep the work area clean and organized.
