Job Summary

Support the LTAMDS and GhostEye radar programs by performing core systems engineering across the full lifecycle—from concept through deployment. Develop requirements, algorithms, system trades, concepts of operations, and system interfaces, while building and maintaining detailed SysML/MBSE models with requirement tracing. Partner with Electrical and Software engineering, provide guidance through technical peer reviews, and communicate design issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a ~100% onsite Cambridge, MA customer facility.

•Develop requirements and algorithms, concepts of operations, system trades, and system interfaces.

•Interface frequently with customers and other program stakeholders.
•Conduct/support technical peer reviews, provide feedback, and document/provide technical guidance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience.
•Experience with systems requirements, systems software, and systems hardware, including systems integration and/or systems test.
•Experience with DOORs, MBSE, and Cameo / MagicDraw.
•Experience in software, hardware, electrical and/or mechanical design.
•Experience in requirements development, design, verification, and validation.
