Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary Financial Services point of contact in France for approved finance and leasing products, supporting customers, retail teams, and partners throughout the financing journey.
  • •Coordinate Financial Services governance and regulatory compliance, including ORIAS registration/renewals, required documentation and training, and maintenance of audit evidence and controls.
  • •Manage finance campaigns, product launches, and partner relationships for approved retail finance/leasing products, ensuring disclosure and customer-journey changes meet regulatory requirements.
  • •Support wholesale funding and inventory finance program operations as applicable, coordinating requirements across financial institutions, retail partners, and internal stakeholders and monitoring funding performance.
  • •Provide customer lifecycle and retail enablement support (applications, documentation coordination, complaints, end-of-term and lease returns), plus maintain training records and completeness of governed administration.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant education (e.g., BTS, DUT, DEUG/DEUST Level 5) in Finance, Banking, Insurance, Accounting, or Economics, or equivalent qualifying professional experience/training.
  • •5 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive finance within a car sales organization (dealer, OEM, importer).
  • •Experience operating within regulated Financial Services, lender mandates, intermediation, compliance, or governance environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of retail finance products, leasing, wholesale funding, and the customer financing journey and Financial Services operations.
  • •Fluent in French and English, with experience in reporting/administration/compliance controls in a matrix organization.
