Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and maintain master scheduling and slotting reports and measurements; run and report metrics to support process improvement.
  • •Manage order pull-in/push-outs, perform capacity constraint analysis, and use Rapid Response for scenario planning; deliver outputs to stakeholders.
  • •Create and manage milestone routings and NPI routings globally; chair engineering/manufacturing and slotting meetings to ensure routing alignment and reduce cycle time.
  • •Initiate and validate demand in MRP, research engineering change orders, adjust planning bills, resolve data integrity issues, and respond to MRP validation inquiries.
  • •Coordinate with marketing to set up opportunities and sales orders in SAP; manage forecast PIRs and implement forecasting logic (OFR/CAPCODE/TND) and supply review safety stock/overplan strategies.
