Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure single-point accountability for Signature deliverables, overall customer experience, renewals, and expansions.
  • •Coordinate Signature deliverables across the customer lifecycle and apply processes to deliver customer value.
  • •Develop and maintain executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor aligned to customer business models and priorities.
  • •Monitor technical health, adoption, and risk using AI literacy, AI-driven sentiment/intent signals, and quarterly reviews to recommend releases.
  • •Lead major-incident communications and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to drive customer success and revenue opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant industry experience in Customer Success, SaaS platform use, or related fields.
  • •Strong consulting skills to drive business value, facilitate discussions, handle objections, and influence C-level conversations.
  • •Prior experience with Salesforce products is required (technical implementation & delivery preferred).
  • •Excellent communication skills to translate technical issues into business terms for diverse audiences.
  • •Working knowledge of core Sales Cloud features (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Forecasting, Reports & Dashboards) and sales processes; Salesforce Certified Administrator within 90 days if not already certified.
