Job Summary

Lead the build and growth of BJAK’s Taiwan business as an end-to-end owner across regulatory readiness, insurer partnerships, product launch, and revenue growth. Drive market entry planning, oversee licensing approvals, negotiate commercial partnerships and distribution agreements, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to strengthen customer journeys and product–market fit. Establish operating cadence and reporting, then represent the group with regulators and stakeholders while building and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead execution of the Taiwan market strategy plan, including regulatory setup, partnerships, distribution, and growth strategy.
•Oversee obtaining required regulatory licenses and approvals for operating in Taiwan, ensuring ongoing compliance with local requirements.
•Build and manage insurer relationships and negotiate commercial partnerships, product distribution agreements, and integration arrangements.
•Lead platform launch with product and engineering teams to deliver features, integrations, and customer journeys, then drive product iteration for product–market fit.
•Establish operating processes, cadence, and reporting; represent the group with insurers, regulators, partners, media, and key stakeholders; build and lead the team.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth technology companies, with plus experience in a regulated insurance environment.
•Strong analytical, execution-focused approach in fast-paced, high-intensity environments.
•Demonstrated experience managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and partnerships.
•Proven leadership capability with experience building and managing cross-functional teams.
•Understanding of the Taiwan insurance market, regulatory environment, and distribution landscape (a plus).
