Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive DVA engineering strategy across AI-native and agent-based creative experiences.
•Integrate generative AI, intelligent agents, and multimodal workflows into creator experiences in partnership with Adobe AI Research and Firefly teams.
•Lead engineering execution and advance extensibility frameworks, developer experiences, and AI-powered workflows across devices and creative surfaces.
•Drive technology strategy for the DVA portfolio, modernizing video and rendering technologies, cloud services, collaboration capabilities, extensibility frameworks, and shared platform infrastructure.
•Build and develop a high-performing global engineering organization focused on performance, scalability, reliability, and operational rigor; represent Adobe externally through executive technical leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 209,300 - 429,350 annually

•Demonstrated ownership of business outcomes, delivering double-digit growth and driving activation, retention, and business impact.
•15+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping products with worldwide reach, including leading large distributed engineering organizations.
•Proven experience integrating AI and machine learning into customer experiences, including generative AI, large language models, agent-based workflows, and multimodal experiences.
•Success modernizing platforms and leading large-scale AI adoption initiatives across mature engineering organizations and codebases.
•Strong technical depth and operational excellence across distributed systems, cloud-connected platforms, native applications, and developer ecosystems.
