Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, plan, direct, and execute a treasury technology transformation program across the Trading cluster.
  • •Define delivery roadmaps and implementation timelines for digital transformation initiatives across Trading.
  • •Oversee cluster-wide digital transformation program implementations within approved budgets and manage improvements to policies, procedures, and controls.
  • •Manage stakeholder relationships across Mashreq Bank to align on common objectives and ensure requirements are fulfilled.
  • •Act as a change champion for the Trading vision, interact with TCM Trading desk to gather requirements, and evaluate/ propose market solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/B.Tech degree; MS/M.Tech preferred.
  • •More than 12 years of experience leading complex, end-to-end systems/program implementations with direct management responsibility.
  • •Expert knowledge of treasury and wealth technology product implementations for large-scale programs.
  • •Expertise in implementation methodologies including Waterfall and Agile, plus experience with reporting and tracking tools.
  • •Front office treasury experience including market data and multi-dealer platforms such as LSEG/Bloomberg/ICE and Integral/FXALL/XLR8.
