Job Summary

Own and grow Thumbtack’s performance media portfolio across TV, CTV, online video, audio, and emerging channels. Set long-term investment strategy, lead execution against OKRs and test-and-learn plans, and partner with Finance and Data Science to forecast ROI and contribution. Drive AI-driven automation and measurement frameworks (e.g., MMM and incrementality), present performance insights in QBRs, and manage/develop senior media talent.

Key Responsibilities

•Own portfolio strategy and budget allocation across TV, CTV, online video, audio, and emerging channels.
•Drive execution of the media roadmap with clear OKRs, test-and-learn agendas, and performance goals.
•Define and evolve best practices with Finance and Data Science to forecast, scenario plan, and model ROI tied to contribution.
•Lead AI-driven automation and infrastructure innovation, including dynamic creative optimization, predictive bidding, and advanced data integrations.
•Build advanced measurement frameworks to capture performance, guide investment decisions, and drive executive communications; manage and develop a team of channel managers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,000 - 176,000

•Significant experience leading large-scale performance and multi-channel media portfolios.
•Proven success owning multimillion-dollar budgets with accountability for efficiency, contribution, and ROI forecasting.
•Deep expertise in automation, infrastructure, and AI-driven optimization, plus measurement frameworks such as MMM, incrementality, and portfolio modeling.
•Strong strategic and analytical skills to translate complex data into business insights and long-term direction.
•Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior leaders and align cross-functionally.
