Job Summary

Lead and develop within CarMax’s Service Operations through a structured six-week Management Development Program. Support store procedures and operational processes covering inventory management plus cosmetic and mechanical repair, collaborate cross-functionally to meet production goals, and model a customer-first mindset. After successful completion, transition into a Flow Mechanical, Flow Cosmetic, Flow Supply, Inventory, or Service leadership role, including responsibility for Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) for the department and/or location.

•Demonstrate comprehension of training content throughout the six-week program.
•Support execution of store procedures and operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
•Complete the Management Development Program and apply leadership principles in real-world scenarios.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and meet production goals.
•Responsible for the Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) program for your department and/or location, including self-inspections, hazardous waste disposal, workplace safety, and PPE.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 54,500 - 95,500 annually
