Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead estimating and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle to align scope, budget, and contract terms.
  • •Provide cost planning and estimating services, including development, review, and presentation of detailed cost plans at key milestones.
  • •Partner with design teams and general contractors to develop, validate, and refine cost estimates for accuracy and alignment.
  • •Reconcile project changes and review contractor data to ensure completeness, consistency, and commercial accuracy.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports (budget updates, forecasts, funding analyses) and support cost auditing, validation, and final account closeout processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •5-7 years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying for commercial real estate construction projects (TI, interior fit-out, or ground-up).
  • •RICS accredited or actively working toward RICS accreditation.
  • •Experience supporting cost management on medium to large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • •Strong understanding of construction methodologies, procurement strategies, value engineering, and cost planning for commercial interiors and base building construction.
