•Oversee the performance of contractors implementing and operating energy efficiency and demand response programs.
•Coordinate internal and external resources to support successful program execution.
•Review and approve vendor invoices, manage contract compliance, and coordinate accounting activities with Corporate Accounting.
•Develop, implement, and track projects using project management best practices.
•Track program metrics and prepare status reports to monitor progress against objectives, timelines, budgets, and goals.

Salary: USD 88,500 - 172,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (MBA preferred).
•Five or more years of relevant experience (e.g., contract compliance, marketing, accounting, technology, data reporting, engineering).
•May waive the degree requirement with nine or more years of directly relevant experience (or associate’s degree with seven or more years).
•Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Energy Manager preferred.
•Three years of team/project leadership experience preferred.
