Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote a safe working culture and work with safety/field personnel to minimize risk.
  • •Serve as project manager for construction crews by setting objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Monitor and control construction through superintendents to keep projects on schedule and within budget, including corrective actions.
  • •Recognize and negotiate change orders; develop and maintain operational backlog and encourage quality product/service.
  • •Supervise construction teams, develop personnel, support recruiting/hiring/training/discipline, and manage financial aspects of contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid state driver’s license and satisfactory driving record; must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.
