Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with the Program Manager, Construction Management team, College Project Managers, building user groups, and district consultants to plan and oversee FF&E installation.
  • •During design, provide FF&E layouts within architectural floor plans and comment on MEP/telecom plans so A/E teams can coordinate infrastructure needs.
  • •Inventory existing FF&E items to plan for removal, salvaging, and/or reuse; assist with selecting new FF&E and align items to pre-approved campus standards.
  • •During construction, plan removal, storage, and/or relocation of existing items and coordinate on-site efforts for moving consultants and FF&E vendors.
  • •Manage the FF&E and move schedule with the project’s CM for delivery/installation timing; process POs and contracts and inventory delivery items.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 158,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 2 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency/education).
  • •Five years of full-time paid experience managing facilities design or planning/coordination of capital projects, including contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling.
  • •Experience with education facilities design, planning and construction.
  • •AutoCAD experience and space planning for furniture and equipment.
  • •Experience using Building Information Modeling (BIM) and construction management.
