Customer Experience Banker

Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customers’ financial goals and needs, recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products, and process transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues, educating customers on consumer deposits and lending, and following a disciplined sales process that includes referrals, outbound calling, and cross-referrals within the bank.
