Key Responsibilities

  • •Support analytics for the EHR and RCM product and operations, as well as customer support.
  • •Work with Product to improve the EHR platform using analyses of metrics, trends, and experimentation.
  • •Analyze billing workflows to identify breakdown points and help teams reach informed conclusions.
  • •Investigate complex account questions, uncover root causes, and convert messy data into actionable insights.

Key Requirements
