Key Responsibilities

  • •Product Strategy and Implementation: Develop and oversee the execution of technical and clinical product strategies, including solutions for healthcare billing complexities and clinical product offerings.
  • •Customer Engagement and Deployment: Act as the primary product contact for clients, understanding needs and deploying solutions integrated into operations.
  • •Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams to define requirements and manage deliverables.
  • •Operational and Quality Oversight: Establish workflows for product operations and quality assurance, with metrics and OKRs to monitor growth.
  • •Market Insights and Feedback Integration: Gather customer feedback, refine product offerings, and measure product effectiveness and satisfaction.

Salary: USD 200,000 - 220,000 annually
