Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal support to accelerate and support company strategy.
  • •Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex agreements, templates, and forms across banking, payments, technology, and vendor contracts.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to manage and support contractual and advisory matters.
  • •Advise stakeholders on regulatory developments in payments, including cross-border transactions, privacy regulations, and AI governance.
  • •Review existing/new products to mitigate legal risk and identify process/policy improvements while managing external firm engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of post-qualification experience in Payments or B2B Fintech.
  • •Strong end-to-end contract lifecycle management experience.
  • •Experience with data privacy programs and compliance (including DPDP Act, 2023) and sectoral banking/payments regulations.
  • •Hands-on experience with end-to-end legal and product reviews.
  • •Excellent communication and legal drafting skills in English, with strong legal research and analysis.
