Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, deliver, and evaluate scalable leadership development experiences, tools, and resources for people managers, using direct delivery, internal facilitators, senior-leader faculty, train-the-trainer, on-demand learning, and AI-supported experiences.
  • •Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of a director-level leadership development program for 500+ leaders, including scalable enrollment, accountability, and impact measurement.
  • •Conduct needs assessments and align program deliverables, priorities, and resources to business objectives and People Team initiatives.
  • •Extend learning through practice, reflection, peer connection, manager accountability, real-work application, and sustained reinforcement, enabling partner teams to embed development into existing experiences.
  • •Establish a practical measurement approach and coordinate concurrent projects and stakeholders by managing ownership, timelines, risks, constraints, dependencies, and change-management impacts.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years designing, delivering, and managing leadership development programs, balancing best practices with practicality.
  • •Proven ability to design and scale development experiences for directors, senior directors, executives, and other experienced leaders.
  • •Strong experience conducting needs assessments and analyzing data to identify priorities, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Expertise in creating exceptional learner experiences across live, virtual, hybrid, on-demand, self-paced, peer-learning, and applied-practice formats.
  • •Deep subject matter expertise and expert facilitation skills in leadership development and core leadership/management capabilities.
