Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain operation of the designated production line to produce quality products that meet order specifications.
  • •Follow safety, quality, and attendance policies; report safety hazards and participate in safety programs (including near-miss entry).
  • •Take ownership when the line is down, troubleshoot issues, and get the line back up under normal running conditions.
  • •Perform required housekeeping and complete operator paperwork, including key information entered into computer systems.
  • •Adjust machine settings as required for orders and troubleshoot problems across all parts of the line.

  • •Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments.
