Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain BIM models for public health and fire protection systems, including model updates for drainage, water storage, and related elements.
  • •Generate technical drawings and schedules from BIM models for project delivery.
  • •Support clash detection by preparing and maintaining models for review.
  • •Maintain model standards and project templates, ensuring compliance with project BIM execution plans.
  • •Coordinate model deliverables with design teams and support tender and construction documentation preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering, Public Health Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of BIM modelling experience within a building services environment.
  • •Knowledge of public health and fire protection systems and how they are represented in BIM.
  • •Proficiency with BIM tools including Revit (MEP specialism), AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • •Understanding of BIM Level 2/LOD standards and familiarity with UAE/GCC codes and regulations for public health and fire protection system design.
