Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage at least one market aligned to Aledade Lives Under Management (LUM), setting strategic direction.
  • •Drive business development and relationship management with external stakeholders (e.g., payers, PCA’s, state entities, quality institutes).
  • •Lead market leadership meetings and strategy/priorities, driving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • •Provide operational direction and oversight to Market Manager(s), Practice Transformation Specialist(s), and Director(s) as applicable.
  • •Assume financial accountability for market(s), including ACO Profit & Loss, and lead/support local or multi-state ACO boards.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of related, client-facing project leadership experience in the healthcare industry with a track record of building and maintaining senior-level relationships.
  • •8+ years of management experience with success in leadership roles.
  • •5+ years of value-based care experience.
  • •Master’s degree (or advanced degree) in health services research, health policy, healthcare administration, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or a related field.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50–75% of the time as needed.
