Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop dealer standards policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with ATM regulations and principals’ requirements.
  • •Manage dealer standards compliance, monitor knowledge sharing and skills transfer, and communicate and implement corrective action plans across ATM.
  • •Build and maintain dealer standards reporting and performance measurement mechanisms to provide visibility on current and historic performance trends.
  • •Identify sales and training needs across showrooms and design, plan, and deliver sales training programs and curricula using internal and external resources.
  • •Coordinate with HR and customer feedback channels, assess training effectiveness on the job, and provide product updates and technical support to sales advisors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration (or equivalent), plus further qualification in Training or HRM and continued education programs specific to dealer standards compliance.
  • •Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience focused on product/automotive training.
  • •Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • •Strong analytical, planning, and organizing skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of the regional market.
