Job Summary

Partner with site and functional leaders to drive finance and business strategy in support of Joints & Seals. Own and analyze budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting, including standard costing models and cost/profitability performance. Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reviews, maintain intercompany transfer pricing, and advise on pricing, quotations, and margin improvement. Support KPIs, annual budgets, risk/opportunity identification, and continuous improvement initiatives at the Geldermalsen site.

Key Responsibilities

•Produce clear variance analysis against budget and forecast, highlighting key drivers, trends, and risks.
•Own and maintain standard costing models and review/challenge material, labour, and overhead variances with operations to identify root causes.
•Support end-to-end preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts and present performance reviews to site leadership.
•Maintain intercompany transfer pricing in line with group policies and provide financial insight to support pricing decisions, quotations, and margin improvement initiatives.
•Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts, identify financial risks/opportunities, and support KPI tracking, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or part qualified finalist level (or equivalent).
•Relevant finance experience at Business Partner level in manufacturing or distribution.
•Prior experience operating ERP systems.
•Ability to partner collaboratively with business leaders.
•Strong management and performance accounting capability, with analytical and deadline-driven execution.
