Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead CMMS development and sustainment for Wood Products Canada to drive operational excellence.
  • •Coordinate CMMS development/sustainment using Octave Attune EAM and lead management of the EAM platform.
  • •Serve as the Wood Products Canada representative for the North American EAM Sustainment Team.
  • •Create and maintain mill standards, procedures, reporting, protocols, and EAM-related policies and workflows.
  • •Develop and deliver reporting, work instructions, onboarding/training, KPIs, and act as data steward for EAM data.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting systems, training, documentation, and action tracking.
  • •Experience with MS Office, Excel, Power BI, and CMMS platforms like EAM.
  • •Maintenance background and/or manufacturing industry experience are assets.
  • •Trade Certification and/or Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in a related field are assets.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and ability to work independently.
