Payroll Specialist

Process and support payroll for Wise’s AMER/LATAM regions as part of the Global Payroll Team. Ensure accurate, timely submission to a third-party payroll provider, reconcile payroll outputs, and prepare journals, GL files, and ad-hoc reporting. Own payroll documentation and compliance with local payroll tax laws, stay current on regulations, and respond to agency inquiries. Improve processes and work cross-functionally, including supporting the Cloudpay payroll application.
