Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive finance, operations, and GTM projects to completion with high ownership, scaling systems and processes.
  • •Optimize finance operations and reporting, including finance tech stack improvements, ARR tracking, margin analysis, and projections.
  • •Support fundraising and investor relations, including model/data room preparation and investor update materials.
  • •Build RevOps foundations by documenting sales process, configuring CRM, owning funnel reporting, and identifying conversion drivers as outbound scales.
  • •Execute priority cross-functional initiatives such as customer support workflow improvements, AI agent/automation builds, key hiring from sourcing to close, and HR operations upgrades.

  • •3–7 years post-grad with experience in MBB, investment banking, or a former chief of staff role.
  • •Strong financial acumen building models from scratch and understanding ARR, NRR, gross margin, and revenue recognition.

  • •AI-native: uses Claude or ChatGPT daily and has built workflows with tools like Clay, n8n, Zapier, or Claude Code.
  • •High agency with the ability to run multiple projects at once and make progress without a playbook.
