Lead end-to-end product development for TikTok, partnering with cross-functional teams to define scope, requirements, and functional/technical specs. •Facilitate stakeholder discussions to define scope, gather requirements, and create functional/technical specifications.

Salary: USD 176,320 - 296,020 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems (any), Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, plus 2 years of related work experience; or Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) plus 5 years progressive related experience.
•2 years of project management experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies.
•2 years of experience analyzing data, building/maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning.
•2 years of end-to-end product management experience coordinating cross-functional teams across product conceptualization, design, development, and deployment.
•Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps using KPIs and OKRs, including defining success metrics across stakeholders.
