Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of post–law school corporate or transactional experience with a track record independently negotiating pre–M&A contracts (NDAs, NRLs, joinders, engagement letters).
  • •Licensed to practice law in the Americas (US/Canada).
  • •Experience working with asset managers, investment banks, or other financial services firms.
  • •Commercially minded, client-focused, and able to communicate legal advice crisply and concisely.
  • •Comfortable working with and evolving a legal technology suite (e.g., AI tools, HighQ), with interest in legal tech/AI.
