Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop strategy and ensure execution of completions/preservation activities for assigned projects.
  • •Manage completions preparation home office activities and coordinate with all required project disciplines.
  • •Assist with preservation detailed schedule covering the scope, and guide preservation engineers on scope analysis, procedures, and plant pre-commissioning/commissioning/start-up.
  • •Ensure issuance of preservation-related deliverables in required quality and timeline; hold regular client and vendor review meetings covering HSE conformance and progress.
  • •Lead subcontractors, track contractual deviations for claims, coordinate integrated schedules with construction for transition, and support plant handover in line with commissioning schedules and client requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • •At least 5 years in leading Preservation activities.
  • •In-depth knowledge of the Contract Scope of Work and familiarity with client requirements and specifications.
  • •Ability to coordinate project execution across home office activities and project disciplines, including preservation scheduling and deliverables.
