Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end program management for GDDR and Compute products from planning through qualification and HVM ramp, aligned with Micron PLM.
  • •Set up, direct, and continuously improve Product Development Teams (PDTs), including weekly meetings, decision logs, and follow-through accountability.
  • •Identify critical-path risks early, escalate as needed, and drive resolution when issues exceed PDT scope; manage handoffs from NPI to sustaining PDTs and manufacturing/supply chain at HVM ramp.
  • •Maintain the Graphics Golden Model and portfolio health frameworks as the single source of truth for program status.
  • •Lead cross-BU governance and NPI coordination forums (wafer allocation, prioritization, sampling workflows) and drive AI-powered PMO workflow improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred).
  • •10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, product development, or program management.
  • •Track record owning and delivering complex, multi-phase semiconductor programs from NPI through HVM ramp.
  • •Deep understanding of product development cycles and semiconductor PLM, plus experience leading cross-functional Product Development Teams.
  • •Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with ability to influence without authority; data-driven use of metrics, dashboards, and analytics.
