Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead portfolio governance across multiple Product Experience teams, managing intake of new feature requests and scope changes and driving prioritization.
  • •Establish portfolio priorities using product strategy, customer value, technical feasibility, development effort, capacity, and program timelines, supporting decision-making via Connect Product Council.
  • •Develop and operate integrated execution plans from functional definition through UX/UI design, prototyping, design reviews, engineering handoffs, approvals, and release readiness.
  • •Align Product, UX, Engineering, and Business organizations to deliver complex cross-functional software programs, including workload balancing and capacity planning.
  • •Build and lead the Connect Product Portfolio Governance Team and continuously improve governance processes (intake, planning, review, decision tracking, documentation, and communication).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or higher degree in Product Management, Program Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •10+ years in Software Program Management, Product Operations, Product Management, or Portfolio Management.
  • •Experience collaborating across Product, Design, and Engineering organizations to deliver and launch consumer software products.
  • •Deep understanding of the end-to-end software product development lifecycle from definition and design through implementation, validation, and release.
  • •Proven ability to establish portfolio priorities, manage integrated planning, capacity planning, dependencies, and milestones; translate requirements into executable plans.
