Job Summary

Support the Kitchen Team in delivering an excellent dining experience for care home residents, including plating meals and preparing food trolleys. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, including stock rotation and compliance with COSHH and HACCP. Help with catering for special events and act as the link between the main kitchen and residents to create a home-like experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
•Assist chefs with plating meals and preparing food trolleys while keeping preparation areas clean and tidy.
•Monitor stock rotation and follow company policies and procedures.
•Ensure mandatory COSHH and HACCP guidelines are followed.
•Help with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 13.1 - 14.1 hourly
