Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
  • •Assist chefs with plating meals and preparing food trolleys while keeping preparation areas clean and tidy.
  • •Monitor stock rotation and follow company policies and procedures.
  • •Ensure mandatory COSHH and HACCP guidelines are followed.
  • •Help with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
