Solar Foreperson

Lead a solar installation crew of three to six, providing safety, quality, customer service, and productivity to successfully complete residential and small commercial projects. Organize, train, and support team members, manage construction workflow and documentation, maintain strong customer relations, and resolve worker issues. Serve as acting supervisor when needed and perform service calls as necessary. Requires solar installation experience, electrical knowledge, and familiarity with NEC/OSHA.
