Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on automated equipment per machine manuals and company policy.
  • •Set up automation equipment for each mold/automation equipment combination.
  • •Support production by responding to emergency equipment down requests and gathering required information from equipment operators.
  • •Design and manufacture equipment product control devices and rebuild prime moving hardware as required.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance, complete Lockout Tagout training, and maintain clean areas while following food safety and ISO/plant safety policies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and three to five years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • •Ability to perform mathematical operations using whole numbers and decimals.
  • •Ability to apply common sense reasoning to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions and deal with problems involving several variables.
  • •Must meet physical demands including frequent lifting/moving up to 100 pounds and required standing/walking/hand use in a moving-mechanical-parts environment.
