Lead and scale the UK retail sales organization, owning strategy end-to-end from lead conversion and client activation through retention, revenue growth, and team performance. Set KPIs and quality standards, recruit and develop the sales team, and translate market and client behavior into actionable initiatives across CFD/FX and Spread Betting. Partner with Marketing, Product, Technology, Compliance, and Risk to ensure FCA-aligned governance and drive measurable conduct-focused outcomes.
