Key Responsibilities

•Execute multi-disciplinary innovation and improvement projects, ensuring alignment on timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
•Prepare and implement complex projects within agreed specifications, staffing, and timelines, managing project teams within larger initiatives.
•Apply project management methodologies and advanced planning, estimation, and risk/resource estimation for the design discipline.
•Foster team collaboration by creating a positive, inclusive environment, delegating tasks, and ensuring clear communication across all project phases.
•Ensure customer centricity and stakeholder alignment by incorporating customer feedback and proactively managing expectations with internal/external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or Program Management.
•Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s in areas such as Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, Project and Program Management.
•Or, no prior experience required with a Master’s degree.
•Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
•Preferred skills in areas like stakeholder management, risk management, agile methodology, people management, and budget/resource planning.
