•Own core product features end-to-end, from concept and discovery through implementation, deployment, and iterative improvement.
•Design and build scalable systems (70% backend, 30% frontend) for real-time, high-volume workflows like routing calls and processing audio streams.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to deliver intuitive, performant experiences and influence the roadmap.
•Mentor and support teammates by sharing knowledge, offering feedback, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
•Drive technical excellence by helping define and uphold coding standards for a clean, maintainable, scalable codebase.
