Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of applied AI/ML with systems taken to production (not just prototypes).
  • •Depth in at least one area and working fluency across several of: forecasting/statistical modeling, LLM and agentic systems, or large-scale messy-data engineering.
  • •Build evaluation and monitoring routinely; know which metrics to trust and how to avoid leakage and train/serve skew.
  • •Strong product sense for turning AI capability into real outcomes and knowing when a simpler approach wins.
  • •Experience with demand forecasting/time-series and/or familiarity with forecasting methods (Prophet, ARIMA-family, gradient-boosted) is preferred.
